Directx 9 games lagging on Radeon 6670

ALL of my directx 9 games are very choppy and laggy on my new 6670. games like all the COD series, forsaken word etc....

but BFBC2 is running awesome @1080p on max settings! there should be no lag comming from COD when BFBC2 and DiRT3 are running awesome at 1080. how can i fix this?

Have you disabled the onboard graphics on the motherboard and installed the radeon drivers?
