Video Engine Load

I attached a pic with GPUz showing my system at idle. Even when under load Video engine load stays at zero. What is Video engine load?

I got the answer from MSI forums:

Video Engine Load is a output signal monitor (how much information is being sent to the screen) but the latest drivers from Nvidia have seemingly left it out
