I'm just winging it here, and I didn't read from post #1, but has the OP checked for corrupted files?
If the OP is trying to use "modified" files from someone on ebay, well, you only get what you pay for.

I believe me and carni figured it out. It's a conflictbetween the intern!l and external drivers because there 2 separate gpus and driver. So what I need is a single unified driver to be installed onto both of them.
Ima do more research later on it but I'm almost 90% positive this is my problem. Especially since we've tried everything else.
