I'm just winging it here, and I didn't read from post #1, but has the OP checked for corrupted files?

If the OP is trying to use "modified" files from someone on ebay, well, you only get what you pay for.

My thoughts on corrupted files: BSOD While Playing LA Noire

I believe me and carni figured it out. It's a conflictbetween the intern!l and external drivers because there 2 separate gpus and driver. So what I need is a single unified driver to be installed onto both of them.

Ima do more research later on it but I'm almost 90% positive this is my problem. Especially since we've tried everything else.

alright after making my own driver and installing it, performance increased a lot. however, im still lagging like crazy in the COD series. im almost positive its not DX because all cod games run in DX9 and in BFBC2 i have it set to run in DX9. what else could it be? im getting AWESOME performance in BFBC2 playing on 1600x900 all high settings.

what else could it be? maybe its trying to run in dx 10 or 11?

so i cant play directx 11 games. they ALL lag too much. i ran Dirt 3 in dx 11 and it lags, and BFBC2 in dx 11 and it lags a bit too. but if i put both of those games on DX9 they both run Very awesome with good settings! farcry 3 is a bit of a different story. that game has stutters lags etc. and COD series just sucks. idk what the hell it is, but it lags SO much.... maybe because its DX 9c and not DX 9? how would i change it to just 9?
