My recommendations for graphics cards are: EVGA, MSI, Asus........I prefer EVGA, but would get an MSI or Asus card if there was a really good deal.

I see in your system specs you have an Asus GTX 660Ti...........is there a reason why you are looking to upgrade to a 670 or 680?

Gotcha. I would look at the GTX 670's, as I've seen some good deals on that series. Like I said above, EVGA/MSI/Asus. All three of those have stock and factory OC'd cards available.

Asus or MSI non-reference. Don't go for EVGA reference - they are loud and their performance is not as good as dual fan MSI or Asus units, and they cost the same or more.

    Might also look at gigabyte.

The non-reference Gigabyte, MSI and Asus usually have better voltage regulators than their EVGA counterparts.

I got a asus gtx670 top on sell for $369.00 ... they may have made a mistake and marked down the top card and not the none top card,,,, It just did not look right so I jumped on it.

loving it, my fps are over 70 on ultra settings on cryis3,,2 and bf3,
Is that a good deal or is that the going price now?
