ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 HDMI Detection
Seek XP experts on this form.
My OS is XP Pro Service Pack 3 on desktop.
Just installed a new ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 card to get HDMI for TV
Can't get my HMDI port on Samsung Series 4 Plasma TV to detect my ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 HDMI jack on computer (message on tv is "no device found" when TV is set to HDMI input)
My VGA monitor works fine off the ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 CARD
I've tried every possible connection method possible, including removing VGA monitor, to get detection by no luck.
Have new HDMI cable 25ft. and starting to think it's a bad cable. Have yet to test it.
All help and insights are apprecitaed
