Win7 x64 video/acceleration Slow

hi again.. sorry for posting many questions but i m having some trouble on my installation.

I have Windows 7 7600 x64 with latest Ati catalyst drivers for Windows 7 64bit (9.9)
i have installed a game (tf2) with windows xp i can run it at same detail around 40-50fps, now the game run at 4-5fps. (maybe this is related to my other post on flash video running slow)

drivers seems installed correctly (i have ati ccc menu on panel where i can change video stuffs)

There is no corelation between the two problems.

I thought Team Fortress2 was an abandoned vapor ware app.

Run it in XP compatibility. Test. Report.

Common cause - chipset drivers installed after others.
