That PCIe x1 slot is generally used for audio cards, it's not a normal PCIe slot at all, so OP has 1 video card slot, make the most of it, if $200 was your budget:

Nvidia wise I'd go for:

MSI N660 TF 2GD5/OC GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card - Newegg.com

That heatsink/fan combo looks very similar to the one on my MSI Radeon HD 7950.

The 660 Ti is over $300 still, that's too much.
