OK, last question, I need to make a decision for a GPU.

I came across this one today :
Newegg.com - MSI N650ti-1GD5/OC BE GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST 1GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

I can't find any reviews for it so I'm would like to know if anyone has any thoughts on it.
Is there any way of telling if this is the newest version or is it something outdated ?

It's one of the new ones, the TI boost is pretty new. You are right on reviews, I have seen some on the ones with 2g vram, but nothing on the 1gb's

I am guessing it's a fair bit cheaper than the 2gb versions right?

Not such a bad thing, for what you will use it for and even regular gaming on the 650ti, 1gb should be plenty.

    OP,

For a little bit more I'd still go with a 7850 like this one:

    GIGABYTE GV-R785OC-1GD Radeon HD 7850 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card - Newegg.com

Compared to a 650Ti on H/W compare (I know boost aint there yet, but the gap is too wide except AF, which you don't care about anyway.)

GeForce GTX 650 Ti vs Radeon HD 7850 – Performance Comparison Benchmarks @ Hardware Compare

You being an AMD CPU/Chipset guy already, I'd go AMD video card, that is what I did, although a bit higher.

I'd find one with all the connectors/adaptors you need included.

    Update;
Received the GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST GPU, installed it with no problems.
I had to hunt thru the install disk to find the driver's, installed the driver's and did a check for updates, downloaded and installed the update for the driver's.
The update seemed to go OK, about an hour later I started getting this message:

How do I fix this ?

You need to use Nvidia's driver cleaner program and remove both drivers......and then ONLY install the newest one. Leave the driver that came with your card where it is.........on the disk.

    Thank's for the quick reply.
Where do I find the cleaner program ?
When I installed the update, it gave a choice of doing a "clean install" which I did, would that remove the previous driver ?
This is the update I installed:
    NVIDIA DRIVERS 314.22WHQL
