    Pixelated display & start button partially visible


    Need help with this !!
    Used to happen often coz i would let my comp sleep for days n not turn it off. Used be back to normal on restarts... Now its not helping... tried changing res, remove lock on the bar, disable aero view, updated graphics driver.. what am i missing out on ??

    Fill in your system specs please.

    Run msinfo32.exe if you need help with that.

    That is likely why no one has replied, not given enough info to go on, plus that picture to us is in high res.

    What happens if you right click empty desktop space and go into Personalize and use say the Windows 7 default theme?

    I suggest you turn the laptop off instead of sleeping for days on end, too.

    What have you added to the laptop recently, and what other troubleshooting have you done?

    Also, click on the flag with the red X in task tray, that is info you/we need.

    Plus mate what monitor are you running? It might be requiring some attention.

    Depending on what kind it is there are some testing software s out there.
