I have no definite info, but it will be close to your $300 budget I think, and be a powerful card

Price will be similar. The 760's I think will have better memory bandwidth and all the little bells and whistles the new line of cards have. If they are going to be out in a few weeks, I'd wait as well.
    Okay,

    You and Dude convinced me.

    Thanks again to all.

You're welcome. You will be happy with a 660 I'm sure, but a 760 is going to be more like a 670. I have a 660 and I'm at a crossroad of trying sli, or moving to the 7 series. The 760 has a 256 bit memory interface like kbrady mentioned, which makes a difference at higher resolutions with AA. That's the beauty or downfall of upgrades

AMD have the best priced cards these days....they definitely get the bang for the buck award. There is nothing wrong with the GTX 650Ti Boost though. What kind of games do you have in mind? If you want a card to play any game out there @1080p with settings maxed out, you may want something better. If you just want to play a handful of games that aren't the most demanding out there, a mid range card will do you fine.
    Kelly,

Nobody responded to my post 5.

Do I need to install more fans?

    At idle - 35C.

Under load (lots of programs) up to about 65C.

I ran Prime 95 and it said "Stable" after 9 passes.

That is your CPU. How many case fans do you have and what kind of setup are they in? Not counting the 120mm fan on my radiator, I have 1-200mm fan up top.........no other cooling whatsoever, and my system runs very cool. These new cards have better cooling than the older cards and I doubt you will need to add any extra fans to your system to compensate for the GPU.

So, it has a front 200mm fan, a top 200mm fan and a rear 120mm fan? Yeah, you should be just fine lol.
