I would visit the manufacturer's website and look for chipset drivers specifically to install + ethernet.

It's too specific to the hardware, you don't want the wrong drivers.

You can put speccy from piriform.com on a usb drive and run it on the system for the very specific hardware information in easy to digest views, or try msinfo32.exe in search box off start button, or CPU-Z from cpuid.com as well.

If I am to find it, need motherboard brand and model in it's entirety and chipset model or Southbridge as it's often referred to in today's PCs. [Northbridge too, but newer CPUs have NB built-in]

    Dug deeper specs here:

So you need chipset drivers for Intel® H61 Express [find at intel.com most likely]

    and driver for:
Network interface Integrated Realtek RTL8111F GbE (10/100/1000); Intel 802.11 a/b/g/n wireless 6205 PCIe minicard (optional); HP 802.11 b/g/n wireless PCIe minicard (optional); HP 802.11 a/b/g/n wireless minicard with Bluetooth Combo (optional) [visit realtek.com]

Not sure why you said no video, but that looks like another for intel.com, you have HD 2000/2500/4000 just depends on which CPU, see the link....

    ....and welcome to sevenforums!

Device Manager shows what under Video?

If you had no video, how would you know about the missing drivers?

Plus I covered it, that system specs link I gave reports Intel video of HD 2000, HD 2500 or HD 4000, which do you have?
Technically on-board video, looks like integrated with the CPU, perhaps, but that doesn't matter, you need it's driver.

It doesn't offer a PCI Express 16 slot or any other video card compatible slot.

Intel.com is the place for that video card driver.
