    Quadro 2000 occasional error

Ever since driver version 297.03, any newer driver causes my video to crash, only occasionally. Windows 7-64bit just returns with "Video Error", normally will continue to run. The card is PNY flavor Quadro 2000 on a Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R (rev. 2.0). I can't get any response from PNY or NVIDIA. please help.
    Thanks!!

    My generic advice:
Stay with the none crashing driver then, unless you have a very specific NEED for an update, I try to pass on them, if I am already stable, video card driver revisions don't often make huge general leaps in performance, and a small tweak is not worth crashing headaches, ever.

Of course it helps to be 99.99999% sure it is the driver causing the crash.

    Bump
It now stops with the older driver as well. Video returns to normal, but returns an error.
I'm thinking I should re-seat the card maybe. Most crashes occur after sleep mode, but video returns to normal fairly quickly. It's a small annoyance really

Clean/re-seat of card cleared up all problems. I guess after 4 or 5 years of steady use, it's a good idea to re-seat everything.
