    Hi,

Ok Go to Device Manager , select the "View" tab and click "Show hidden devices" ,
find Net group packet filter driver and uninstall it.

    Reboot your computer

    Then recheck Problem devices?

    cheers

The uninstaller for Netgroup is still running - how long should it take?

    Hmmm...shouldn't take that long.

Try restarting the computer and retrying?

Why does the report say "no anti-virus" found?

Are these reports accurate for other items?
