Drivers for ATI Radeon HD 6480G/Driver installation help

Hello, I'm looking for the drivers for an "ATI Radeon HD 6480G" GPU, as it says I own a "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter." For more info, here's some info on it (From Speccy):

The reason I need this is because after switching my hard drive out for a new one (Because of what I think to have been a virus), my computer keeps telling me that I have a "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter," when I know I have an "ATI Radeon HD 6480G" graphics card. I've looked for drivers to install for my actual graphic card, but I can't find any; I also am not sure on how to install them. I have no idea how, or why, this happens, although I do know I can't play certain games (I've tried two; one (DDO) wouldn't load because it didn't support my GPU; the other (RuneScape) loaded, but averaged four FPS at max settings (It averaged 30+ FPS before)).

Basically, because I don't have any experience doing this kind of stuff, I need to make my computer detect, and use, my actual graphics card. I don't even truly know if I need to just install drivers or uninstall something, or anything of the sort, really. I need essentially step-by-step instructions on what to do. Here's a website that [supposedly] has all the drivers for my computer: http://support.toshiba.com/support/d...Text=6B268819W
^When I posted this, the site was undergoing regular maintenance, so it may not work right now.

    Thanks for your help!

Well, as it turned out, the solution was to download and install the latest AMD Catalyst OpenGL 4.3 Beta Driver (Which is stickied at the top of this part of the forum). So if anyone else is having similar problems, I suggest using that; or if you have Nvidia or Intel, use one of the ones below it, labeled respectively to their order.

It was simple to figure out, due to it being rather straightforward.
