I cant enable direct draw acceleration

Okay so all I want to do is play Sims 2 on my computer. The error message im still getting says failed to find any DirectX9.0 compatible graphics adapters in this system! please make sure you have DirectX9.0 compatible graphics adapter and have installed the latest drivers provided by the manufacturer. This application will now terminate.

Ive tried a millions things and can not seem to figure it out.
I do know that it says
    DirectDraw acceleration : not available
    directdraw3d acceleration: not available
    AGP texture acceleration: not available

and I cannot click on them.
    PLEASE HELP!

I didn't realise Sony made VAIO desktops. I'm a bit confused as to your graphics, your spec says it's a standard VGA adaptor but your screenshot lists an nVidia chip.
