Did you perform clean installs of your graphics drivers?

Well, then we may just have to wait to find out if the problem lies with monitor or computer. If you manage to capture a good picture of the problem with a camera, you can upload it here for us to see. I am aware that you already posted a previous image.

I'm guessing it could be the card, but there are other components that could be dying that may be causing this issue

Hi la321,

Unfortunately when I checked it wasn't showing the system details instead it was Monitor details. Nevermind, I understand drivers are updated on the system however there might be cause of this issue.

Please check and remove the current drivers from your system using this uninstall utility:

AMD Catalyst Un-install Utility

Then re-install the updated drivers from the link below:

AMD Catalyst

If the issue still persists then check the system under safe mode and let us know if the issue persists:

Safe Mode

Also, once you have the different system then check the Monitor as it would help a great deal in isolating this issue.

Keep us posted with the results so we can advise you further.
