Ok mate we'll battle on then. I don't know where you want to start though as it seem so much has already been done.

I suppose the obvious start would be the drivers again.

Just as a matter of interest have you tested the PSU at all?

I've tested it on my alternative video card and it works fine. Also, the drivers I've done over 3 times already (Including a whole format of my windows)

Well it has to be that card mate eh? everything else has been done now and in any case the power draw on that AMD card (approx 75 watts) is not that much is it? The alternative card what is it for curiosities sake .

But if you feel inclined PSU - Jump Start and just test the volts out. Keep in mind correct volts do not mean correct current availability (amps / therefore watts)

For reference this is a good article to keep. Voltage Rails - Power Supply 101: A Reference Of Specifications

No worries nothing to lose eh? and at least it is one more thing ruled out if all comes up ok. You have the guide there for the +/- volts readings the important ones are the 12v lines.

At this point I'm inclined to agree, if the PSU test proves to be OK I'm pretty much running out of ideas.

I think its a overheating issue due to the fact the 4 grey pins on the gpu gets burning hot within 10 seconds of the pc being on.

That doesn't sound good at all to be honest and points even more towards the GPU being bad. If it's getting that hot that quickly I wouldn't risk the rest of your other components by keeping on trying it, it cause more damage than you have already. I don't suppose you have access to another rig you could try the card in?
