If you cannot get into BIOS, a CMOS reset is going to be your only option likely. Some others are looking into possibilities, but switching off integrated graphics is an issue. In searching, I have found others with your issue, and the CMOS reset did the trick. I also found the ways to switch off the switchable graphics, and also to pick amongst them if it is on. Have a look, is this where you disabled them in BIOS?

This is not your model, but the method is the same. A Guy

I can't see the difference....let's start again...the conputer was working...but only the "intel hd graphics 4000" card was shown on the device manager and not the amd radeon 8750m...someone on another forum told me that if i disable the integrated graphics card on BIOS then the amd card might start working...so i disabled the integrated graphics card on BIOS (was on auto detect) and now the screen is black and i see nothing when i press the power botton

So you didn't disable the AMD graphics card in BIOS as stated earlier, it was just not showing up in Device Manager so you assumed it was disabled?

Unfortunately repairs which might start the Graphics card cannot be run since you have no video now.

I would focus on getting the CMOS reset via jumper or pulling the battery so that it effectively resets the BIOS. If you did this and there was no reset then it wasn't done correctly. Let us know the model PC so we can help you research this in your Manual or by searching for tutorial or videos on resetting its CMOS correctly.

Did the BIOS menus you selected from look like the ones A Guy found here? If so what did you choose?

If the laptop is new and still under warranty why not just return it to be fixed and keep your warranty intact?

You stated in your first post this was a new laptop.
Where did you buy this laptop?

You shouldn't be able to turn off the only display option in the PC. Are you absolutely certain you disabled graphics in BIOS?

If so your only choice is likely to reset the CMOS by resetting the jumper or pulling the CMOS battery on the mobo. This requires googling a disassembly tutorial or video for your exact PC model to carefully disassemble it until you can reach the jumper or CMOS battery disk. If it is too daunting for you to do then I would ask a tech-savvy friend to help you, or take it to a shop.
