    Nvidia GeForce Driver Update Options?

Whenever I update to the latest Nvidia Driver I'm given the following custom install options:
    1) graphics driver
    2) 3d vision controller+driver
    3) hd audio driver
    4) .net framework
    5) Nvidia GeForce Experience
    6) Physx System Software

1 of course is chosen by default. What about the other options? Can I not choose any of them? Or are any of those essential? Thanks.

    2. Only needed if you have a 3D monitor connected to your graphics card
    3. Only needed if you use audio through your monitor
    4. IIRC, needed for the nVidia control panel, but if you already have it installed you can generally leave it unticked.
    5. In my opinion, just bloatware. If you're a serious gamer, you won't want to trust nx's chosen settings. More info here.. GeForce Experience Tweaks your Game Settings Automatically | GeForce
    6. If you play games, this improves your gaming experience, but not essential. You can find more information here..

I do actually use GeForce Experience and so far have found it pretty decent. It's good at setting a baseline for your in game settings and makes updating drivers a little bit easier too. Plus the latest Shadow Play inclusion is a nice touch too. It's still in beta at the moment but it's great for capturing up to ten minutes of game play.

Thanks for your replies. Isn't Physx a videocard hardware feature?

All I ever choose when installing NVidia drivers are 1 and 6.
Never had an issue thus far.
