PSU and GPU Upgrade Options

I want to upgrade my graphics card and power supply, but am unsure of what products to buy. After some searching online, I found two decent PSUs in my price range (<$100):
SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze 620W

Rosewill HIVE Series HIVE-750 750W

And two very similar graphics cards, but with different prices and dimensions, also in my price range (<$200):
EVGA SSC 02G-P4-3653-KR GeForce GTX 650 Ti

EVGA 02G-P4-3658-KR GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST

I am uncertain as to which models to buy, and concerned about the dimensions of the units, since I have a stock case that is fairly small (my current PSU has a depth of 5.5in, compared to 6.3 of the other ones, and there is not much room for a large GPU). If anyone could provide some insight on whether the items I've selected will fit in my case, or if they're of any reasonable quality, I would greatly appreciate the advice. Alternatively, I am also open to suggestions for other options.

*If possible, please make any suggestions on the Rosewill PSU ASAP, since the promotional offer for the product ends on Nov.12th.

I have built two boxes using Rosewill psu's, they have been fine. Newegg has a 30 return as long as you have all the original packaging. As far as the gpu's I would go with the Ti Boost model.

The case should have a standard PSU mount. Measure if you have the extra inch or so to fit a standard sixe PSU in. The Rosewill is built by ABS Computer Technologies Inc., I've not heard of them, but may be OK. Seasonic is a top notch brand and reliable.

Either GPU should work. See how much room in length you have and check their dimensions. I have a 650Ti Boost from ASUS and it's a nice one.

you don't need a 600W PSU for a 650ti
I was fine with a 500W PSU gtx 660 6350 OC 4.6 and all other stuff like water cooler, HDD, fans, etc

If you`re gonig to get an EVGA card, go directly to EVGA to purcahse ( if possible in CA ) no tax, and shipping is dirt cheap.

I would go with the Seasonic PSU.

With PSUs I think it's much better to have more than you need, than to need more and not have it. Crap I have a 850W but need only about 460 or so, leaves room for a lot of upgrading.

As to tax, in the US etailers charge it for shipments to any state where they have a presence, like another warehouse. Newegg has them in CAL, NJ, Amazon has them in several states.

I hate when my stuff get shipped from NJ. hate the stupid tax. but on the other hand, shipping is usually 2 days

as far as the PSU, ya agreed, its good to have more than you need, but on the other hand, it better to get a lower wattage but better quality one rather than a higher wattage worse quality one. I always recommend the corsair CX500 or CX500M PSU's. its a great PSU

General rule of thumb always get more then you need when a PSU is involved

they tend to have degradation over time which efficiency goes down over time

better to get the 650 to 700w like you wanted and in the long run you get a powerful card you will already be set

The Ti Boost is 9.5 inches long, if it`ll fit I would go with that card.

It would also help if you added your motherboard to your specs.
