"NVIDIA Display settings are not available."

"You are not currently using a display attached to an NVIDIA GPU."
That happens when I try to access the control panel.
What does this mean? Was I correct in assuming that my laptop wasnt using the NVIDIA video card?
Is there any way to fix it to be able to access my NVIDIA control panel?

    Hi,

I will suggest to uninstall GPU drivers and install the latest (if beta is available, install that one) drivers for your Nvidia GPU.
Check on Lenovo site, if they have drivers for your system. This Link might have the drivers needed.
