Sure not a problem. Is that an AGP or PCI-e card?

Never mind. I fixed it. I pretty much followed the instructions you gave someone else, I just used the existing .inf file instead of one you created. Now it works perfectly. I thought I was gonna have to get rid of Windows 7, but now I dont have to.

Bios update might fix that. Then reinstall video driver after. Also, disable any unused ports in the bios in case there is a shortage of resources causing your problem. Disable floppy drive support too if you don't use that.

Ok , I tried installing the INF from Torrentg(Thanks so much for trying to help me out btw .) to no avail...What I did do (this may not be the answer you want to hear ) is I re-formatted the hard drive..Installed a clean vista 32 install with just the sp1 installed.reinstalled the latest 9.10 cat and driver Re-installed windows 7. You're welcome.

Install AGP Drivers for HD 3850, 3650, 2400 PRO

    However,

Your chipset may be too old if you get error 43 after driver install. In this case, update your chipset drivers to most recent you can find and do a bios update for the mainboard. Those steps are your best chances. Your AGP slot is only 4x instead of the card's 8x spec. It technically can work well under that condition. It all depends if the chipset is supported by Intel/Vista/7 combo.

Let us know how it goes.
