Can I somehow use the full memory?

Hi All,

I'm currently downloading Battlefield
3 and CoD Black Ops 2.
These games require
high graphics memory.In
some websites, I saw the
first one requires
minimum 512 MB Video
Memory.And from my PC
I learned that I've
approx. 1300+ MB Video
Memory.But after
running a test in Game-
Debate.I saw my
VMemory is not
meeting the minimum requiremdnts. But how's that possible?
