I have a split Resolution On a Single Screen

I have a split resolution on a single screen, no matter what I do I cannot get rid of it. There is a line in the middle of my screen running from top to bottom. Please Help. Trying to get rid of it is making me MAD.

    If it's a desktop:
    • Connect the monitor to another machine. Same problem on the other machine?
    • Use another monitor... same problem?

It's a monitor problem. First, reset the monitor settings. There should be a "settings" or "Menu" button on either the front or the side of the monitor. Press that and find the factory reset or recall image on screen. select that and if that does not work just get a new monitor. (It might have problems or it might be cracked)

So the screenshot is fine??? Then it's a physical screen hardware problem.

Did you attach the monitor to another computer already? Same problem?
