possible to multi task application

hello i want to do multitask application let say having simcity on one monitor and the other battlefield 4. I am using displayfusion pro(trial) but not sure if its possible that i can click over to the next monitor withiout minimize the programs or switch back the display 1.

If it was even possible to run two games like that at the same time, they would both be totally unplayable.

Doesn't matter how high a build it is, neither the hardware nor the OS is set up to run something like that. If nothing else the video card couldn't handle it.
