Ignore idle temps, load temps are the only one that matters.

Post a screen shot of Hwmonitor.

If tmpin2 is anything like mine (128C) it is a phantom reading, meaning the monitoring chip on the motherboard supports the reading but there is no sensor to be read from.

Your HWmonitor program might be read things wrong.
Look at the voltages they all read very low.

Yeah, the VCore is OK, but all of the other voltages are quite low. Either we have a monitoring program that isn't reading right, or there is a PSU problem.

@ mickeyfn19:

Can you check the voltages in the BIOS (3.3V, 5V and 12V) and tell us what they are, please?

yeah, the program is screwing with me. 3v - 3.304v
5v - 5.07v
12v - 12.096v

also your cpu usage is rather high, unless youre doing something in the back ground. could be a rogue app causing the cpu to constantly work
