Are you able to Uninstall the Driver for the Graphics card ? Try that and a Normal boot ..
I've already uninstalled the driver. I've used driver sweeper, too. I just can't boot into normal mode for some reason. Though, when I open up driver sweeper it still shows AMD Display? But there's nothing in it.

I'm able to get into normal mode now.

Agh, installing drivers still didnt work though. It says "Failures occured during installion." I'm trying to open up the log now, its taking forever cause it opens up using internet explorer. Its a different error message from before tho so is that a good thing?

Before I didn't have any display adapters, but now I have ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5730 showing up. It has a yellow error triangle by it though. I just tried to install the driver again, it said installation complete and suggested a reboot so I'm gonna try that now.
