    Can't increase resolution/refresh rate

My monitor is 16:9,the GPU control panel showing my monitor capable to go up to 1920x1080 75Hz,however i cannot go beyond 1600x900 60Hz,also i can 1600x900 75Hz,but everything becomes blurry.

    Why i can't go beyond 1600x900?
Why 75Hz is blurry while 60Hz looks fine?

    Hey,

From your system specs, you mentioned that the monitor is BenQ G2020HDA and from the manufacturer's site the specs of the monitor confirms that the max attainable resolution on this monitor is 1600*900.

That is the max resolution supported by your GPU. Your monitor can only handle 1600*900.

For AMD 4600 series, have a look at this. ATI Radeon? HD 4600 Series GPU Specifications

Its something like pouring from a large bowl to smaller one.
