Windows 7: Monitor not detected

Monitor not detected

I have a GTX 670 4gb graphics card. It is connected via HDMI to a Benq 24" monitor

Two days ago it stopped working. The question is what is "it".

We tried two different monitors with the same HDMI cable. Monitor says no cable connected. Windows does not see the monitor at all. We then tried a different HDMI cable on both monitors. Same result.

Both of the monitors work fine on DVI and VGA.

Did all the standard stuff like update drivers, power off/restart computer, reset monitor to factory defaults, system restore and power cycle monitor.

Sound like the graphics card HDMI port is dead? Or could it be something else?
