Graphics Card Driver Outdated - Help!

Hello people. I'm having the classic problem of not being able to update my graphics because 'the adapter is not recognised'. I have updated my system info so please help me out to find the most recent drivers..

    Thank you

Thank you for your swift reply.

Both of my graphics cards (as in my system info) are being shown in the device manager. As for my specific model, I am not sure which it is. All I know of my laptop is what I've posted in the system info tab. I've run the dxdiag command on my laptop, and I am getting the exact same information.

What should I do from here please let me know. :)

Is your Laptop working well ? You really need the Model Number as you should only get Drivers from the Manufactures Website as they are dual graphics .. If you are having problems with either Card please state which one ?

I guess now that I updated my Intel Driver, my original problem is gone. I can use flash a lot smoother now, and overall performance is DEFINITELY lubricated. Despite that now my Radeon Graphics card is missing in device manager (as you suggested earlier). Instead there's 'Standard VGA Graphics Adapter' which holds a little yellow exclamation point at the bottom of the icon.

After asking my supplier, my model is the Samsung 700Z5B-W01UB.

    Thank you.

    Disagree

I am running dual graphics and the ones from my manufacturers website are outdated and not very good, Always download the drivers from the company who MAKE the GPU. They know their own product best.

This is not always the case with laptops.
