Windows stutter when dragged.

I formatted my pc, and now I've this problem. Every window stutter when I drag it. I tried also to re-install Graphic drivers, but nothing change. Another problem is that every Youtube window start to play with the lower resolution. Maybe both things are realted?

I've downloaded Service Pack 1, and after every Update with Windows Update, also Monitor drivers.
My video devices are Nvidia GTX670, Samsung T240HD monitor

if memory serves me correct; usually stuttering of windows when being dragged usually shows there is a lack of enough available ram for the system to work with. How much ram does your system have?

I would say since your system only has 8gb that you should up the amount of ram your system has if you can do it financially; as doing that should help to hopefully eliminate the problem. Also; try and go through your startup programs using msconfig and turn off the programs that you know for certain that you dont need. Doing this should also hopefully help to cut the amount of ram being used. Try these things out and see what happens.

8 GB of RAM is more than enough for most people. The problem for the OP isn't that he lacks RAM, unless he has half of the applications open in his computer.

I'm no Nvidia expert, but I would suspect that the problem is video card or driver related.

BINGO!

OP has plenty of system RAM. The problem is GPU related, the gtx670 has 2gig of mem and should handle the OS with ease. I would be looking at the Windows setting in "performance options". At the Start menu right click "Computer" click "properties", this brings up your system info, on the bottom left click on "Performance Info & tools" then click on "Adjust visual effects".

Make sure you have a best gpu driver installed. The best is not always the newest.
