Gainward GTX 770 OC Phantom Fan Problems

Okay, so i just got my new GTX 770 and so i installed etc all kush but when i boot 2 fans run normal and one spins once and then stops, once at the log in screen the fan that stops still wont spin and the other 2 spin at what sounds like max, anyone else had this or know how to fix it?

My PSU is a CX750M and the card is a Gainward GTX 770 OC Phantom, is it a power problem or connection problem on the removable fans?

    Any help is appreciated, thanks

It is possible its a actual fan defect meaning the fan itself could be bad in which case I might consider trying to swap it for a new one if you can. But it could be a connection problem. I would try connecting one of the fans that is working to the connection of the fan that isnt working to see if in fact it might be the power connection to the fan.

Thanks, swapped the bad fan into a slot which was working and its the fan that has a problem, the card is at 0 load and its 35 or so degrees, in game its about 46 or somewhere around there, is it still okay to use until i get it sorted?

got to about 35 degrees that time, and that wasn't even a graphically intensive game
