i'm trying the way the step update driver already.. But problem still not solve.. cause windows 7 view my graphic card as vision tek radeon hd 2600 xt agp.. im trying many time the update driver. but still the same.. it not problem?? if the graphic card name not same??

Download the Full Suite Catalyst from here, version 9.10.

Run it and let it extract to C:\ATI
After you do that, let me know. I'll upload a custom .inf for you to replace within c:\ATI so you can install manually.
im downloads already n extract 2 c:\. so when upload the custom.inf?
Delete that C:\ATI you have now.
Use this. Extract it to C:\ATI

Update the driver by going to device manager, right click card, update driver, browse, let me pick, have disk, browse.
Now find CL_83742.inf in C:\ATI\Support\9-10_vista32_win7_32_dd_ccc_wdm_enu\Driver\Packages\Drivers\Display\W7_INF
If it complains that it's unsigned, install anyway. Reboot. Choose an Aero theme by right clicking desktop, personalize.
Run setup.exe in C:\ATI\Support\9-10_vista32_win7_32_dd_ccc_wdm_enu\Driver
to get CCC installed.
im try already.. but it not show sapphire hd 3650.. it show vision tek radeon hd 2600 xt. it have any problem about that?
Don't know. Post your hardware id of your card and I'll tell you for sure what you have.
Is the driver loaded and running? Do you have Aero?
yes.. all have.. just dun know the graphic card name, not same with my graphic card name.
Just dun know why not Sapphire hd3650 agp..
