That rig only has a 250W PSU, you wouldn't get any GPU to run in it as it stands. First off you'd need to buy a better PSU, I'd recommend a 550W as minimum (a branded one like Corsair), but depending on your budget for a GPU then maybe higher. Also be aware that that case isn't brilliant for gaming as it has limited to no airflow and your components will get very hot very quickly.

So pretty much i just have to upgrade my Power supply and then get the video card?

as far as Power Supplies go can i get any old PSU and but it in my case? or do i have to find a specific one for my form factor?

After all that is said and done what kind of video should i get? i was looking at the NVIDIA® GeForce® 7800 GT, looks cheap enough but still has the power i need, i really don't want to spend more than like 100/150 on one. i want something that will last and i wont have to upgrade again for awhile

    also

thank you so much for your help!!

I'd look at something like the 750ti, great performance for the price and low power consumption. Do not cheap out on a PSU though, it's the backbone of your system and you'll be putting it under constant stress when gaming.

the 7800gt is a 6 year old graphics card. its already 6 years out of date so if you buy that youll probably need to upgrade instantly..

as stated the gtx 750ti is a great card for only $150.
its not exactly future proof though.

the upgrade life cycle rule of thumb for a high end system is every 2 years.
