    download msi kombuster as well. its a program to stress test the card from within afterburner. 50c underload seems a tad cool to me!

    That doesn't sound right whatsoever. My 780 sits at around 28°C when idle and hits 80°C when under load (with fan set at 50%). My 7850-DC2T again sits at around 28°C while idle and tops out at around 72°C under load with fans set at 50% (with graphics setting much lower than my 780).

    You're certainly not going to get just a 9°C difference between idling and gaming.

    Not saying there's anything wrong with the card at all, if it's working it's working, but those temperatures are just wrong. What did you use to monitor your temps and what game/s are you playing?
