im fairly sure the gt200 uses shared memory, same as the gt 250 in my macbook. which means it will use 512mb all day long and then take the rest from your ram when it needs it.
either way 512mb or 1gb its not going to make much of a difference in terms of performance. the rest of the cards spec are the real bottleneck
But Something weird ... when the first time i use this VGA it showing 1Gb but now only 512mb
oh my mistake! I thought the gt200 was a mobile gpu and the gt205-gt210 were the desktop variants!
Yea i running in windows 7 32 bit .. my ram only 3GbAre you running the 32 bit version of Windows 7? And how much RAM is installed in your motherboard? Windows 7 32 bit has a 4 gig max limit on the amount of memory it can map. Your system RAM + your video RAM cannot exceed 4 gig. If they do some of it will not be used.
That's your issue then 3 + 2 = 5 and your limited to a max of 4. I'd have to go read up on it again but it might actually be slightly less than 4. To use all of what you have now you'll need to go 64 bit. That means reinstalling Windows with the 64 bit install Media. Another option though is to remove 1 gig of your motherboards RAM so you can use more of the Video RAM on your Video card. That would get you a 2 + 2 = 4.
