Is AMD RADEON HD 7670M 2 GB graphic card good?

Assassin's creed 4 runs at 5fps:-/
The specifications are
Intel® Core™ i5-3210 /4 gb/
750 gb/ ATI HD7670M-2GB 14" HD
LED

To answer this and your other thread the 7670 isn't going to be running games like AC4 on highest settings. To get acceptable frame rates you're going to have to drop the settings.
The i5-3210 isn't going to help either.

Laptops aren't for gaming in general but my 720m(oc to 730m) is working fine(can't oc cpu damn lenovo).

I got Watch Dogs most unoptimised piece of **** working 30+ fps in 1280x720 settings low-med.

When you play on laptop you got to sacrifice graphics for fps.

Most things like blur and depth of field are ugly for me and i turn them off.

And ubisoft is making games on PC in faith that they got most expensive rigs on planet and if they don't they say it's your fault.

So my answear is lower to low-med and keep textures high you won't notice big difreance if gfx but big in fps.

Edit: There is not demo of AC4 so i can't cheak how it runs on my laptop sry.
