Cannot connect to TV after reinstalling W7 and motherboard

    Hi All,

I am working on this problem for a month now and still not getting there.

    Some background.
My PC was three years old and getting slower by the day. So I decided to reinstall Win 7. After reinstalling I could not connect it to my HDMI TV. No sound and no music. I called the helpdesk and they said I should reinstall the mother board. I did that and still the display screen shows that only one screen is available (see attachment).

    Please help. Thanks,
    Naveen

Maybe your driver for your graphics card is not present

^ roastermen is on the money! you need to install your graphics card drivers to get multiple screens to work, the driver that's loaded is just a default driver which allows you to view the desktop and that's about it, you need to find out what your graphics card is and install the relevant drivers.

Yep that all well and good but there isn't a triangle against his Videoadptor and we do not know what it is so Naveen run this HWiNFO, HWiNFO32/64 - Download < download the correct bit version and do what is in my pic.
You can either type the details or send a pic yourself.

Standard VGA Graphics Adapter will always be enabled when no graphics card driver is installed, easiest way to tell it is to go the manufacturer website and auto-detect the gpu so it can find the right driver.
