W7 compatibility - GF8400 and Aero ?

The Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor says my video card won't support Aero.
It's an Asus GF8400GS with 256Mb. (EN8400GSSILENTHTP512M)
Both the Nvidia site and Windows 7 Compatibility Center say it is compatible with W7. Does this mean it will support Aero or not?

The Aero page http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/What-is-the-Aero-desktop-experience
just says it needs to support DirectX v9, and Windows Display Driver Model Driver, Pixel Shader 2.0 in hardware, and 32 bits per pixel - that doesn't sound too difficult?
