Keeping having problems with my graphic card, PSU to blame?

Got a new GTX 770 2GB DC II and Im having blank screen problems, have all the drivers updated.
Could my new PSU CX750M be the culprit?

I used OCCT (a stability-checking software) and ran the power supply for testing, the monitor goes blank and the GPU freezes.

    Any solution?
    Thanks

Can you boot up the PC through the onboard graphics card?

Don't be insulted, but I'm going to ask if you have all of the power connections necessary for the GPU connected. The card sounds like it's power starved.

Also, do you get the black screen during normal use, or is it just when the graphics card is loaded, like with games or heavy graphics rendering?
