IMHO, ASUS is better for AMD, while EVGA is better for Nvidia. But, if one is way cheaper than the other on a reliable store, the cheaper would be better if the GPU model (for example Nvidia Geforce GTX 770) since both companies make high quality products.

I have the ASUS card in question and just wanted to add that when running benchmarks such as Heaven it boosts to 1250MHz.

Also due to me working for Scan International Computers i had the chance to try both the ASUS and EVGA cards before buying. Nothing wrong with the EVGA but i just preferred the ASUS due to being a bit quieter under full fan speeds plus i just liked the look of it more. It did run a bit cooler as well and the fact i've always used ASUS gear in the past and present. Just not bias against either to be honest.

The choice is really down to your own personal preference

If EVGA got away from graphics cards they`d have to change their name. Extended Video Graphics Array LOL

EVGA - Products - Graphics - GeForce TITAN Series Family - GTX TITAN Z

I personally like EVGA cards.......never had any problems with them period. Asus cards, I hear, are phenomenal as well. Both have very few marks against them. Go with whichever one you can find on sale or whichever one looks the best because there isn't a nickels worth of difference between them more than likely.

You can probably find a GTX 770 "Roundup" video on youtube that puts several cards on the bench and will show you the results........if there isn't any difference, refer to the statement above.

There's a difference in moving away from something and expanding your market. Plus EVGA has been building boards and PSUs for quite a while. Nobody has better support than EVGA.
