HELP PLEASE!only VGA adapter is available

Hi everyone,I'm new here,I had clean installed Windows 7 Professional on my laptop and everything is fine except for my graphics adapter,it shows up as standard vga graphics adapter,in dxdiag the manufacturer is shown as "(standard display types)",chip type is show as "intel(r)sandybridge mobile graphics chipset",the laptop came with intel hd graphics,I have an acer aspire 5349 intel b815 celeron 1.60ghz and 2gb ram,i tried installing the latest intel driver but ended up with a bsod, and it's intel hd 2000/3000 graphics by the way,any help would highly appreciated, thank you.

Thanks for the assist, but when I open the setup file,it shows "Installing Driver:Intel HD Graphics Family" for a while then an error message appears saying "The setup program failed to install one or more device drivers. Setup will exit." ,any suggestions as to what I do from here?

Did you Install the Chipset Driver from the Acer Website ? Also you have just done a fresh Install where you able to run Windows Updates .. The Driver for your GPU should have worked one thing i have noticed though is it was mostly made for 64 Bit OS .. Try Installing the Chipset Driver first .. While you are doing that i will contunie my search for another Driver ...
