Motherboard Bios resolution does not fit screen

Hello everyone. When I enter my bios and attempt to make changes the description for various options appear on the left of my screen which get cut off on my screen. I am not sure if there is an option to make all bios options fit my monitor screen so I can see evrything.

Try the Auto adjust button on your monitor.

I notice you list a desktop in your system specs but an "ATI Mobility Radeon" video card, which usually indicates a laptop video card ???

When you first boot up, and BEFORE Windows starts, video cards (if working properly) will default to the basic 640X480 VGA mode. It sounds like yours is not defaulting to the correct mode.
