    GPU-Z Stopped Working?

Hi, I have an hp pavillion dv6 7050ca and I just downloaded the new NVIDIA driver version 344.11..I opened GPU-Z and instantly is says it has stopped working and windows is finding a solution..So I thought it was this driver problem and I reinstalled the previous one. After I reinstalled, same thing happens..keep in mind I have used GPU-z for a year and it worked properly all until now...I deleted the NVIDIA drivers and tested if GPU-Z would work without it and it did..it detected my integrated Intel graphics 4000 but right when I installed again..it stops working everytime! Please help me!

Try a system restore to a restore point before you installed 344.11.

    What version GPU-Z?

Doing a system restore won't delete your downloaded stuff, it will only change back the settings they were before you updated the driver.

So if I were to download a game and system restore to a point when the game wasn't downloaded it would still be there?

Unless you have a GTX970/980 GPU then there was really no need to update to the 344.11 drivers.

Also uninstall what video drivers you have on. Boot in to safe mode and run something like "Driver Sweeper" to get rid of Registry files for old/newer GPU leftovers.

Then do a clean install of 340.52 drivers.
