Yeah, I'd get rid of that software as well. Also, use your service tag number on Dell's website and look for the newest Video driver for your specific system. I'd install that and then run Windows Experience Index assessment. WEI tests many things and can sometimes point out a faulty graphics driver with the on board Intel graphics. I know from experience that my HD 4000 graphics would fail the WEI test with some newer Intel drivers. It's true that it's sometimes beneficial to keep drivers updated and current, but it can also cause problems as well.
