    Graphics device drivers stopped responding and hanging the sytem


    Hi,

    I am using HP SFC 7700 system 64 bit windows pro. System was earlier it was working fine, but now a days when I login directly to that system at task bar Device drivers stopped responing error flashes two three times and system hangs. The we have to re-boot the syste.

    If we take system remotely, system works fine.

    I had troble shooted with may drivers from intel web site etc but still problem is there.

    Presently installed drivers Inter R Q965/Q963 Express chipset family (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.0)

    Please help mee.. I am facing sever issue with direct login.

    Or is there any cuase of Hardware failure ?

    I have done by removing of Graphics drivers in safe mode & installed downloaded drivers from intel web site sill not functioning. So I removed those drives also in safe mode and booted.. System automatically taken Intel R Q965/Q963 Express chipset family (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.0).. But Still graphics drivers stopped responding error is coming, so just we booted system and taking system remotely.

    Run a System Scan and Post back the Results please ....

    SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker


    I will look for a better Driver for your Graphics ...

    Hi,

    Thanks for reply..

    I have done sfc /scannow but system is saying no intact files found.

    At last we have replaced the hardware.. But please provide me a solution for this problem

    That's probably a chipset failure or files broke. Try re-installing windows and install the drivers again.

    The same hard disk arranged to another CPU with same model. Working fine.

    May be chipset failure. But how to diagnose & confirm it is the chipset proble. Please revert.
