Strange... When i loaded the driver, and rebooted, my computer wouldent start. So i had to restore to a earlier point. Could it be that i need to use the CH_83743.inf driver, and not the C7_83743.inf driver?
    Many thanks! :)
No. People have reported success on x64 with this method. The CH file is never used. Try updating your chipset drivers first.

Tried the mention and downloaded the files for Windows 7 32. Everything installs fine for Ati Sapphire HD 3650 AGP but games and video are choopy when in fullscreen. First i though it was internt, but when it happened with any video i'm thinking i did soemthing wrong.

Already formated and reinstalled the driver, having the same issues, any advise?

All drivers are upto date with K8t Neo motherboard and BIOS, not sure what else to do.

Just want to say thanks for the instructions and files.
I have an old Asus P4C800E-Deluxe, wanted to install Win 7 to get a few more years out of this board. The Win 7 upgrade advisor told me that my old ATI 9600 was not supported, so I bought a HD Raeon 4650 AGP with 1gb.

After installing Win 7 I could not get it to recognize it, I tried everything and every advice out there...no go.
I already had an RMA from TigerDirect to return the card, because the Windows 7 Compatibility Center said that there was no support at this time for the Card. Now I will not be returning the card becasue it works

I tried your solution, and it's working perfectly. Again, thanks for your time, I wish window support and ATI would read this Forum...

    Have a great day

Yeah, that's an nForce3 board which is pretty much impossible to get to work on 7. A user claimed he got his to work, but I'm not sure if it's an outright lie or if it's true.

This info here could possibly help you but I doubt it.

Most important thing it says is about the MCP driver update. Try to locate that somehow and install, if it does indeed exist (it doesn't lol.)

    Hi torrentg
My videocard is an ATI 2600pro AGP card
    I'm about to install Windows 7 32bit
can you discribe the steps to install the videocard?
I'm sorry if I asked to much, this is the last way to get a solution, since I can not find the driver on the AMD/Sapphiretech site.

    Thanks in advance. :)

    Sure. Use this link.

I'll have to make an .inf for you to use instead of the one in my attachments.

So in the device manager, right click on standard vga. Properties. Details tab. Change the dropdown to hardware ids. Copy and paste the results here. I'll then attach the .inf to a post.
