if it can help you, I found 'Vista 32 bits' HD4670 (Agp) drivers on Powercolor website ref : 864VS32AGP. I can install with a succesfull report but after rebooting the same problem of freezing in the 'windows 7 four colours' logo screen happened on my old pc.
If you try it, please would you give a feedback for me to understand if my problem is related to hardware or software.

People that can't install a video driver should not be in there changing inf files, that's a good way to mess up the comp so it really won't work. Go to Ati.com, support and drivers, look for AGP hot fix drivers, the 9.12 hot fix drivers are there, dl and install and be done with it. They work fine with no problems.

My HD4670 Agp problems seems not related to the inf files.
Have try the 9.12 hotfix for HD4000 series and freeze exactly the same.
No more feedback here so I will try Powercolor and Ati forums.

Hey so I read the posts and found that people with old motherboards(like me) and Sapphire HD 3650 AGP(or ATI Radeon HD 3650) have problems with the procedure.My motherboard is Asus A7N266-VM.
@torrentg can you tell me how I can install the vidocard drivers because when I try the procedure in the first post after the reboot I get a blue screen and then the computer starts to reboot...Please help!!

Hello! This is my first post here... I just installed Windows 7, and i am having trouble with my display driver. I have installed Windows 7 ultimate 32 bit, and i have a Gecube Radeon HD3850 512mb AGP card. I have tried to download the driver from ATI/AMD i get an error saying that "the driver wasent installed." i hv follow the way said in the post but still same problem facing
