ATI AMD Radeon HD 5670 - BSOD

I have a 1024MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 5670 (Dell) as my graphic card and when I play Counter Strike Global Offensive I get a Blue Screen of death with the error

I opened up Speccy on my 2nd monitor while playing and I saw my graphic card temperature going from 61 Celcius to 75 as soon as I started playing Counter Strike.

My video drivers are up to date so I think it is my graphic card overheating, but why and how do I resolve this?

Here are all the specs: https://i.imgur.com/CZ6LC0X.png

    Thanks for your help guys.

    BSOD error is 00000124

Have you considered cleaning your computer? 61c at idle is pretty hot.

When idle here are the temperatures:

Is it more normal or still high? I find the CPU and Graphic card pretty high... no?

Don't be so quick to blame the video card. That stop 0x124 can be pretty much anything,

Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try

And yes those idle temps for the CPU and video card are way too high.

I used to get 0x00000119 so it depends... for some odd reason I'm getting both since a week and half I'd say.

Mainly when I play Counter Strike though, 1 minute into the game and bam, BSOD.

I updated the BIOS, I was 2 updates outdated...
